for this card I have simply mat and layered some blue and white cardstock, then cut banners of patterned cardstock and complimentary coloured cardstocks (all of these were just out of my scrap box). I stamped a sentiment from the says it all set from stampin' up! using a jet black archival ink pad. I cut this into a banner and mat and layered on to the blue. I glued all the layers into position to finish the card. this is a very simple card that is great for everyone... just pick your papers to suit the person!!
