stamps: fabulous you, express yourself (hostess) both from stampin' up!
inks: memento (tuxedo black) ink pack, promarkers
cardstock: 5x5" card blank, craftwork cards digi cardstock

I cut my mat to fit my card blank and stamped my image with my sentiment just below. I then coloured the image using bright, summer shades of promarkers. I also used a promarker to edge the mat before I glued it to the card blank to finish. I kept the card design simple to make the most of the image, highlighting the details in it, using the multiple colours.
